I have about 100 or so junkyard picture I think you guys would enjoy...all older stuff out of ohio yards.  I'd like to get these up so others can enjoy the pics. Is there a way to upload/resize these without selling my freakin soul?
I treid to resize and upload only 4 to the "chargers in the wild" thread and about tore my hair out after f-ing with them forever. very frusterating and dissipointing.

You should upload them to a free hosting site, such as photobucket.  They will do all the hard work, then all you need to do is post the link.

If you want to re-size a group of pics all at once download the Picasa app and you can use the export feature to automatically re-size them with a single operation.

Links are cool too. Keep em coming!

So is photobucket like the prefered way or is it just most used? Cause it took forever to load em up and I dislike the advertisments they shove at ya. I wish I was one of the gifted folks who can just post a thread full of actual pictures. It would make the thread alot more fun to veiw rather then a lousy link..oh well here is the link,

Glad you guys enjoyed the pics, unfortunatly these type of places are vanishing around here aswell. It may sound lame but this does trouble me quite a bit, as anybody knows what a restored car looks like but these old rotters have a story to tell, a life well lived and they can be quite interesting history.

Ghoste

Yep, I used to love going to the yards when we still had them around here on a Saturday morning and sometimes just looking around silently.  You think about all the things those cars wer part of and how they were once new and someones special pride and allof that.

squeakfinder

I gotta get back over to Underwood and see if they'll let me take some picture's. This place might be closed for the winter.

Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....

F8-4life

Excatly ghoste! Unfortunalty people seem to think that just because "they" dont see the value of something (or even someone) this does not mean the value is not there, it just means they are not the right person to see and appreciate it. Maybe that is not worded the best but I think that has alot to do with these yards and cars are disipearing, along with raising scrap of course
