There's more moss on this thing than 10 coast range cedar trees. :o Probably have to use an airboat to tow it out of that swamp.

your looking at a rusty shell..... (not sure if its the 68 or the 69)..... it has the round marker lights in the front fenders.

This charger has the original 383 still in it. The 4 speed, and 8 3/4 rear end are gone! Front spindles still on the car. bucket seats are icnluded, "cores", instrument/dash included, 4 speed pedal assembly included. A lot of stuff gone, a lot of parts left....

The drivers door, and fender are good, the passenger door and fender are salvageable, floor pans are gone. THE GRILL IS USABLE (headlight doors still work under vacuum)! The package tray is 'thin' but not rusted out.... There is no title! I could do a lien title if you wanted to get a title, as this was a big block, 4 speed car.

Will trade for??? The only mopar stuff I need are a few parts for my 72 challenger, (I would like to put a 70 grill in it). Other than that I am mostly a ford guy.

Thanks john

Somebody posted these exact same pics about a year ago on this forum with a link to a Craigslist ad, I think it's a scam.

Looks like the shack where Jordi from Creepshow lived.  He probably could have gotten more money out of that car than the stupid meteorite. :2thumbs:

Well since the car is physically sitting in water, I would not count on frame being solid.

It kind of looks like Degobah to me.

Yeah...

But it'll take a different "force" to save that thing....

Ghoste

Yeah, I gotta think that thing has pretty much become relegated to amusing photo on the internet and not much more.

Is it in freshwater?  Dont vehicles that are submerged in freshwater stay intact like planes that are at the bottom of Lake Michigan from WWII?   :scratchchin: :icon_smile_big:

only where it's dark, cold and low oxygen (like a fire, rust doesn't like being without oxygen). If it's stuck in the mud it can sometimes preserve it, but unlikely unless it's really stagnant water.
