How do I mount the licence plate bracket ????

Can someone please send me a picture of how the front license plate bracket? Does it mount under of over the center lip of the front bumper???

If we're talking a 2nd gen, mine is bolted over the lip.

yeah bolts on to the inside ,  of the bottom edge of the bumper  :yesnod:
