My 1973 front fenders are back from the sandblasters and i need to replave the lower rear portion of both fenders (the part between the wheel opening and the edge of the doors).   :brickwall:
I can ony find these for 1971-72 from YO or from CI.
Does any one know if these are made for the 73-74?
Any ideas on where to look or will the 71-72 patch panels work in a pinch?
thanks
Vic

fenders are totally interchangeable, body lines matches, so I can't get why they say 71/72 and 73/74.

wheel opening is just diff on top, but not on sides. Maybe just a slight curvature difference ? depending on how height are the patches maybe.

I'd go with them

71/72 fenders wheel wells are shaped different, then 73/74's. If you look behind the wheels, 71/72 go almost straight down, while 73/74 flare back more.

You can bolt a 71/72 on a 73/74 and vise versa, but if you do that, I would do both sides.

Also, no one makes patch panels for the front fenders that I am aware of for 73/74. 71/72 patches will not work on 73/74.

thats due the diff height on to area of wheel opening.

I don't think is  something you can't modify on patch panel with slight   :smash:

however is just an opinion

IF SOME INTEREST... listed for 71/74

note the height barely goes over the body line, so that could be a reason fits all 71/74... higher could make a diff due the curve begins to change
