   I WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE COULD DO A 1,2,3, GEN CHARGER CALANDER,,MAYBE ALL RED CARS?? IS IT TOO LATE IN YR TO SET UP AND PUBLISH?    WELL WITH 1,2,3,GEN ROTATING THRU THE YR ,EVER FEW MONTHS YOUR FAVORITE GEN WOULD COME UP.

 JUST THINKING ,MAYBE THAT SHOT OF STEVE,MARIE AND BIG RED AT THE BAY , COULD BE COVER OR FIRST MONTH,OR SOMETHING??

I just found this thread.  I'm shocked.

I never knew Steve personally, but he was a great help when I was trying to decide to go fuel injected on the 383.  He talked me out of it.  I was looking forward to meeting him one day when (if) the car is ever finished.

Marie has taken "Big Red" out several times by herself! I'm so proud of her...Manual steering, brakes and a 5 speed manual...not for the faint of heart...

Here some pics of Steve's and my Charger from the summer he took his Route 66 trip.  I got to meet up with Steve and Marie, good people.  It was record heat that day, hottest in 40 years, 102 and wind was blowing about 30mph, real nice day!  Steve's car was running about 230-240 deg.

Spoke with Marie the other night. We purchased a real Chrysler Pentastar (metal) for her to put on Steve's memorial marker. The brass plate that was going to be put on the marker would not stick due to the cold temps, so Marie will be driving up again to affix the Pentastar next week sometime. She told me she would send pics, and I'll post them here....she is doing very well, just to let everyone know....
