Both of my Chargers are finally together! I had the one in primer at a friend's shop for some subframe work and picked up the other one the next day. Finally got the first back from the shop so my garage is now housing 2 Chargers! I get a huge grin on my face every time I open the garage door now. I sure do have a lot of work to do though...

I've been flip-flopping back and forth. As I work on one I plan the next project for the other and gather parts. I'm working on the trunk floor in the red one right now and gathering parts for the other at the same time. LOL

Right now the red one is actually closer to being on the road so I'm putting the priority there. It needs some body work but, at this point, I won't be fully stripping it like I did with the other one. I'm just going to get it back together. Once both cars are running, I'll strip the red one down completely and restore it in the same manner as the first. I'm hoping to have it back on the road for next summer.

The best part of having two Chargers is when you get stumped and frustrated with one you can jump over and work on the other one.    :icon_smile_big: :2thumbs:

The biggest perk is when I need to measure something or have one of those, "how does this fit?" type of moments, I just need to walk across the garage and look. The red one (err, actually green with red primer over the top) is somewhat of a "survivor". The vast majority of what is still attached to the car has been since it was built. Many of the parts that were removed are still assembled (like the entire grill) so it's been a very good car to use for reference. I've been snapping a ton of pics as I go mainly because of that fact.

Funny, I had that EXACT same thought. I've been looking at lifts. I'm just not sure if I want to allocate the funds to a lift at the moment. I have TWO cars to get done!!!

That's the one in primer. I'm working on another section on the website for Charger #2.
