Well, we did the headliner today.  Legendary liner with R.E.M. stickers on it so I am not sure who exactly made it but it was nice.
A friend from our Mopar club came over who had done several before. It went in well and almost all the wrinkles are out.  Once the vinyl roof is on he is coming back to do the sail panels.  But everything went OK over all.
Now, I knew the car had sat and when we pulled the old carpet out there had been mice, or remants of them.  But I had NO IDEA what we were in store for today.  O-M-G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jake said that the liner that was in it was nice but not original.  Looked had made he said.  So it had been out of the car before obviously and hence the different roof insulation/padding.
It was awful.  They'd chewed everywhere.  And the stuffing and mouse poop. Unreal!  These pics do not do justice to the amount of crap there as up there.

Been waiting for the weather to break and just getting small items in order, I finally got the go to bring 'er into the shop to get the drive train in and running.   :smash:
Once she is movable, then it's off the have the vinyl roof installed, front windshield and door window.  (Hopefully) Then ... detail it and start driving!   :boogie: :boogie: :boogie: :boogie: :boogie:

Well, I'm happy to say that after several months of tinker with this and adjust that, we got the car to the shop Saturday and I took the day off today to work on it.
They were fairly swamped so I had to do the majority of it myself.  With a little help here and there, lots of questions and looking for the correct bolts, I got the engine, transmission and drive shaft in and much of the engine pieces reassembled.  Frankly I didn't think I could accomplish that much all by myself.
But with a bit of guidance I did and I finally have something to report.  :icon_smile_big:
Hopefully with in the week she'll be running.

Oh yeah ... that is just the spare battery because I knew we'd be taking it in and out and the terminals would probably get chewed up.
I have a brand new Mopar - Axion Turbo Start AGM battery ready to go in.

A383Wing

Take it for a test drive....come on out to visit

Well, I thought it was going to come home today.  Everything in, and although crude she started up.  However somehow over the last 2 years the fuel pump died.  So it ran as long as we poured fuel in it.
Fuel pump on order, hopefully Monday.

On another note I could use some pictures of plug wire routing.  400 4bbl with A/C.
MAN, I can't seem to get these looking right!!!

Well, the 73 is home in the garage and it runs!!!!
I expected more issues but other than tightening a few leaks and things, it is home and ready now for all the detail stuff.
Next big item on the agenda, the windshield.  Vinyl roof is June 6. It may make it to Carlisle, but I am realisticly shooting for Moparfest.
