May the bidding start.....

sounds like the typical thing, you fight like hell to get it back and now you have to sell it to pay for the fight.... Yet who pays you for the long nights awake just thinking about it.... Priceless I'm sorry for the loss I hope you can figure out a way to keep it in the family  :rotz: Thats where it belongs.
Restoring a charger is like a saying I heard along time ago "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it".... Jesus I wish I could remember who said that...

That story brings back some bad memory's.  Years ago my wife's aunt was living out her final years on her huge ranch in San Luis Obispo, Ca. that she and her late husband had owned since the 1940's.  Her main caretaker of the ranch (Santiago) took her for a ride in the Jeep one day.  She somehow managed to fall out of the Jeep and hit her head on a rock, (according to Santiago) killing her.  The family soon found out that Santiago had taken her to his lawyer a few weeks earlier and helped her make some changes to her will.  Everything was left Santiago.  The ranch and all family heirlooms.  That murderer, still lives there.....

It amazes me how some people can live in such filth.  But, yes is all fixable and certainly worth keeping.  Work out some kind of payment plan with the lawyer so you don't have to sell.......

It doesn't surprise me one bit.  I've seen worse.  I've cleaned up houses where the dogs were locked in for who knows how long.  And people that just moved out because they couldn't make the payments.  Sad to see that brought upon you. But, like has been said, nothing that can't be fixed. :icon_smile_dissapprove:

We had a tenant once, that stripped his motor down on the livingroom carpet. Great puddles of oil stains everywhere.  :o
Had to get rid of him and the carpet too.
