Looks like a nice place to migrate for the winter :2thumbs:  Is the top bunk still open?

I suppose there are cats, ducks, or monkeys hidden in there?

Nice pics, but I echo Bryan.  Where's the ducks, cat or your Charger?

Thanks for sharing

I love it when flowers are blooming and the colors in the fall.

Reminds me that I need to think about going for a fall cruise through Apple Hill for some Apple pies and fresh pumpkins.

Same here. Spring and Autumn are the best. Spring comes with a added bonus in that it smells wonderful too. Especially at dusk.

Definitely get out there and enjoy all it has to offer.  :2thumbs:

Yes it is Luke (my place) and it does take a fair bit of work but the wife is a keen gardener and even better supervisor and I like to keep active.  I must have been born with ants in my pants because I just can't sit still. I'm always looking for something to do and gardening is relatively easy.
And sitting out in it this time of year is really special.

No contest on the top bunk ma'am. It's all yours.  I'm one to condone with sleeping with another guy's wife.  Out of politeness, you can have the whole room.  I think it would actually be better to sleep outside.  Not only would I not have to deal with Fred's snoring,  I could wake up in the morning and enjoy the smell of nature.  I'm not one that's bothered by bugs or critters.  Besides, even the dog could use some company every once in a while.

Okay, there's only one thing I have to set you straight on stroker.
The bad news is.......first and foremost, the dogs are pets so they all live inside at night.
The good news is...........that means you don't have to sleep under the stars.......... you can have the dog house.

Why would I want the doghouse?  I enjoy looking at the stars anyway.  Actually, you probably have a better view of the stars.  Less lights to block them out.  So really, would you really like to sleep on the top bunk?  I actually see more positives sleeping outside than inside.  As long as the weather's good. :2thumbs:

If breakfast is on you, I hope you showered first

I was thinking in case the weather wasn't good.

It does and to solve the dilemma of everybody wanting a top bunk  (I personally prefer the lower bunk..........it has the best view), I've set aside a room filled with top bunks only.

You are obviously unaware of what your dogs do in the bottom bunk.   I don't know why you put in extra bunk beds.  Mrs. 440 can only sleep in one of them. Or is she supposed to wake up every hour and switch beds?  Since you don't need another window, I'll leave my tools at home.  I want to be on vacation anyway.  I like my eggs over-easy.  Don't break the yokes.
