Wow no way in hell that would happen in CA.  I cant leave a car parked in the same spot for more than a week without getting a ticket...  2 years?? That car musta had spiderwebs galore and trees growing out of the tires!

Just amazing! You here about thugs steeling cars out of locked garages and here's one ripe for the picking and it's still there after 2 years.
