Just reading some old posts.  One of them just so happened to be about a particular GL that couldn't be saved.  Done a yahoo search on the guy that done the jump 6 years ago.  Let's just say he's in a lot of hot water.  Here's the link:

He had it coming.  I read another thread actually.  I couldn't find it again yet.  Seems like everyone tried to talk him out of it jumping it.  Oh well, nice to see that his gig crashed just like the car.  Too bad people lost their homes over the deal.  At least there's some faith in our justice system.  Not even the General or Daisy could get him out of this one.

I wonder what happened to the general after it was sold?  Being this Duke character spent 50g's of someone else's money to fix it up before the jump, I'm sure with today's aftermarket it could have been rebuilt.

Man, this takes me back a few years.  I was there for that jump.


Ronnie was nice enough to me when I talked to him for a couple minutes, but that whole scene was strange.  The guy had been watching way too many Kid Rock videos.  Everything from the way he arrived at the party in the chopper, to the swimsuit girls introducing the various areas of the shop, etc.  

Ronnie had gotten his hands on way more money than he knew how to handle, that much was obvious.  I remember thinking the whole operation would probably go under as fast as it had come up, and probably some shady dealings.  But I didn't realize the guy was THIS MUCH of a crook.
