In each episode he shows a classic, and describes its history throughout the whole episode.

13-14 second mark
Wow, that's weird?  I listened to that clip at least 4 times.  Now I did it again and waited for your 13 14 mark.  WTF?  Losing my mind.  You were correct.  :2thumbs:

Jerry Seinfeld and a Challenger?  I like him well enough but seems like a mis-match.  Who woulda' thunk?

Ghoste

It isn't his, it's on loan from some dealer isn't it?

1969chargerrtse

Seems like some of the cars are his, and some like the Challenger are on loan from the clips I watched.

That TA sure is a great looking car.  I wonder if it's a factory louver one?

Homerr

Nice to see one out on the street.  The hemi comment was a goof, but honestly, if I was given some whoop-de-do Camaro to drive around for the day and comment on I'd probably flub some sort of fact.  If he started getting Porsche facts wrong then I'd worry.

There was a story years ago that Seinfeld's Porsche broke down and he opened the hood to check the engine.  The front hood that is.  Don't know if it's true but it sure was funny.

I doubt he would bother to open anything, just buy another one and leave that one on the road. last I heard, years ago, he had like 70 porsches anyway...?he can afford to buy as many as he wants..

BBKNARF

Yes I heard him say V8 Hemi at 14-15 sec.  :yesnod:  but then I decided to play it again he didn't say it, that's weird  :shruggy:
68 Charger, slowly in the works, 451 c.i. approx. 535 hp @ the flywheel, so far best time in the 1/4
11.21 @ 119 mph, full exhaust, stock suspension, 4:10s @ 3640 pounds.

Ghoste

He does, the exact quote is, "1970 Challenger TA a 340 Six Pack, 340 horse V8 Hemi, oh boy".  At least thats how I am hearing it.

Chryco Psycho

I guess it is just me but I can't stand the guy anyway , just annoying !!
Someone should have painted the rear of the mufflers black as they were originally .

Ghoste

Whiny voice and I never found him that funny either Neil but we may be in the minority there.  I still like the car he borrowed though.

Paul G

I couldnt watch the whole thing, sorry. I like seinfeld, just got bored.
