He did a stand up show on HBO years back, "Killing Them Softly" that had me in tears. There was a whole bit about a baby standing on the corner of a bad neighborhood in diapers, trying to sell him some crack while he was in the limo waiting for the driver to come back from a "stop" he had to make.

Dave Chappelle:   "Psst, hey baby, it's late & dangerous out here, go home!"

Baby on Corner:   "Screw you, I got kids to feed.............hey, wanna buy some crack?"

I think that if he gets back on comedy central and if he dulls down his racial comedy he won't be as funny and people won't watch him in the numbers that they used to.  His ratings will suffer, his contract won't be renewed and it will all be because the white man kept him down, or so it will be said.

Of what I've seen of him, most of his comedy is racial, and matter of factually, pointed at white people.  But that's ok. Its mighty whitey's fault for everything.  KILL THE WHITE MAN.
