If you recall, the chromers were holding my parts hostage for 5 months before I finally yanked them out of there. I did get the majority of parts chromed at another shop; the owner felt bad for me that I got screwed and he rushed them through for me. However, my original bumpers are still out, but I did locate a fairly decent set off of ebay that are temporarily on the car now. My repro tail light bezels just came in this week and I am reasonably happy with them. The car is finally on the road & with what little spare time I've had over the past couple of weeks, there has been very little time to shake down some minor bugs, but I'm getting there. The car will be at Carlisle on Friday & Saturday.  :2thumbs:

Good to hear the goal is in sight MDT
Getting skunked out of missing the show by lousy operators would be a bitter pill, p.i.t.a. for fitting bumpers twice but worth it to get there
I had a hell of a time fitting mine, the spring steel compression rate is amazing! Ended up pushing it in with a 6 x 6 from the push bar on my 4x4 wagon
