I have been trying to find info on any Charger or Mopar clubs in my area of New York. The closest two I have found are in Central NY, and the Capital Region, and they are both too far. Does anyone know of one, or want to start one? I am located in the Southeast corner of Dutchess Co.

Well, we would love to have you at our show.
Last Sunday in June every year.  Beautiful setting on the lake, over 300 Mopars every year.
The more Charger's, the better as far as I am concerned.

Nothing organized around the HV for Mopars.... let alone Chargers that I'm aware of.

I'm in upper Ulster.   Rick Ehrenberg lives lower Ulster in Marlboro.  There's some mopar guys around but we're a disorganized lot.   Problem is nothing is central to anybody... it's all north / south.

Fri / Sat nite cruises are just about done for the year.  Wednesday nite at Bear Mountain is also over for the year.

I usually head to Port Ewen on Friday.   There's another at the McDonalds in Highland on Saturday.  Plus others that I don't know that much about.

Sign up at www.hudsonvalleycruise.com  for car show  and cruise schedules.

But since the Mopars at Lebanon Valley got rained out on Sat... you can show up there on Oct. 13     www.dragway.com

I Thank You for the invite, It would be one heck of a long, loud and expensive trip for my charger, but I suppose a good test run for Carlisle. I am hoping to try to make it for the first time next year. My
charger should be out of the shop in the next month or two and I am looking for local cruises. It seem that most of the ones I do know about will be over, but the info on Hudson Valley cruises is awesome. Once again thank you both so much, and maybe someday a club will get formed somewhere in Dutchess Co. as a meeting place for the Valley :scratchchin:

Is that a Mopar event or all types of cars?
If you are referring to CNYMopar, all MOPAR only.
All years but Mopar only.

Actually I was asking about the show at the drag strip, I heard it called Mopar at Lebanon Valley, but the web site does not specifically mention that, I got a feel that all types of cars would be there :-\  Thanks, Brian

It's supposed to be all mopar but with the rain date there might be other stuff.   :shruggy:

FREE but donations gladly accepted

Lotta nice cars show up there.   But I find the temp drops in the afternoon when the breeze kicks up off the river.    It's more geared towards actual car clubs.   You can roll in by yourself tho.

Hopefully by next summer you'll see me at some of these cruises. My car was never worthy, but it will be shortly.

Cool...   but if it's capable of moving under it's own power it's plenty worthy.  Don't stay home because you don't have new paint or whatever.    :Twocents:

:RantExplode: If people can drive a brand new, off the showroom floor, just bought - Challengers and Camaros to shows and cruises ... as far as I am concerned if it runs it's worthy!!!!!!!

It was driveable. The driveline is in the garage while the body is being resurrected in Georgia. It'll be done soon, only the glass is backordered. Life got in the way, you guys know how it goes. Can't wait to get it back here so I can pit it together.

Perfect timing!  I was actually going to wait another week or so before doing a thread on it but the NCPC (National Chrysler Products Club) is trying to charter a region for the Northern NJ, Lower NY state, and North East PA area to be called the Skylands Region.   We are looking to have an informal gathering at my dads house the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend at around 2 pm.  The NCPC is open to all makes, models, and years of any part of Chrysler heritage.  If anyone is interested, you can contact me via PM or email for more details.
