If I could put 6K into a fund today that would be worth 10X in only 15 years, I think I'd have to.... oh wait he's full of crap.  Carry on.

Considering they cost $17-18k in 1984, I'd say they are bottomed out in value. No way they will increase that much in value, but they will be worth more than your average mudstain.
