Hello fellow mopar fans,
Sorry forgot to add one thing, new to forum.
I am considering powder coating my superbird engine (hemi orange) and was wondering if any of you have done it?  Any thoughts??  The wife doesn't like it she likes the old school look.  She thinks it is to shiny for a bird.
I am a new superbird owner and working on getting it ready for cruising.

Thanks

I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

You can get the same results with a base clear paint a lot cheaper.

My results from powder coating. I had some valve covers and cover bolts powder coated. While it looks great, I can't get a wrench to fit the bolts now. The thickness of the coating makes it difficult to take things back apart without damaging the bolt heads. Also the color is way off from the original orange. I would not do it if I were you. Just my opinion.

I'd have to agree with pandamarie on this.
