Spray Paint plus photoshop = Instant Smallblock Rebuild!!!!

I had to look at this a few times to realize what he did here.  The overspray adds at least 20% to the value.  Under the hood it's ready for Concours!

I don't get it? no where in the ad did the guy say it was concours or that it added 20% to the car?.he described the issues with the car and is ony asking 1200 bucks??
