I had heard from someone else that it was a little too far on the south end of the thermometer there.  It does look like it was still a good selection of cars.

Friday it drizzled all day sun never came out.  friday night some hail high winds and lots of rain, but the rest of the weekend was very nice.  Beautiful skys Sat and Sun.  Saterday was very breezy with some seriouse wind and about mid 60s temp.  Sunday the sky was bright most of the day, the wind died down but high was in the low 60s.  Weather could have been much worse and my dad and I had a great weekend.  I need to get a pic of the wind dam my dad built for the trailor.  I got a few nice comments on that!!

Here is how the weekend went weather wise.

Friday is was overcast all day, with showers on and off until about 1 pm.  After that it didn't start raining until around 6.  Then all hell broke loose at around 7.

Saturday was beautiful, sunny, small fluffy clouds, but what a wind!  I wish I could have enjoyed it more, I was drafted into judging the New Challenger/Charger/Magnum/300 classes.... oye and hour turned into seven.  The party in the pits was an absolutely blast though.

Sunday was perfect.  Wind was light, sun was out and everything had really dried out.  It was perfect car show weather.

Ryan, your car got pounded on Friday night - wow....

I got to the hotel around 8:00 and couldn't believe when I heard hail.  There were about 20 cars for the Good Guys show that were in the lot.  Luckily no one had any damage.

Maybe I should have went slower. But it was too much fun to just hammer it coming out of the corners. I could never get over 85 though, and anything north of 50 in corners was a white knuckler.
