Well as some of you wished for and some of you predicted, I switched the tail panel out to an NOS correct one that I got a great deal on from Jaak(thanks Jason). I also got new tail lights and a set of led lenses.

Mike these are a very noticable amount of difference between tail and stop light functions. I am very happy with them.

Honestly, I couldn't see doing all that work & not having it with all the same model characteristics. 

I think it looks 100% better.  No mistake about it, little shop of yours is cranking out some breathtaking rigs'.

I got hooked on Mopars by a '69 Charger in the same combo as this one.  Member "Brad" owns or I think finally sold it.  Luckily there was a '68 Coronet R/T local in the same combination that came up for sale.  It wasn't until then that I fell in love with the '70 Charger in FC7

Mike, love that 68 r/t. A gold 68 coronet 500 is what got me hooked. Later my dad  found found my 68 gold charger . Thanks for the compliment. Btw, my next personal build is a
70 fc7 charger . Gonna be r/t clone 440 sixpack with a person
5 speed,and a 3.54 Dana.

As for colors , mine will be no vinyl top ,black tail stripe and probably white interior .

THought id reviset this thread. As some of you may know i was going to do a 70 , but dsecided to buy a new Challenger insead. well i had the stuff for it and decidded to use it to upgrade my 68.

ana 3.54 and 4 wheel discs. fronts are scarebird and went really well. rears are the same as dr diffs i think. The Dana came frlite custom in new york. I also hung up an old shirt that i go at the 94 mopar nats. the first time i went. i also added the Bilsteins that were for the 70.
