69 OUR/TEA

Pretty nice !!!But,......where did I miss ,why  the 69 tailpanel/68 sidemarkers ????

Charger-Bodie

The guy I got it from was gonna make a general lee out of this thing. He already had the tailpanel in and a 69 valance panel too. It came with nice 69 tailights too,so I just decided for now it will just stay that way. If I get tired of it I can change it later. Just don't want to fork ice the money for all the 68 parts to put it back.

The guy I bought it from was going to make it into a General Lee. It came with the 69 panel in place and it also had pretty nice tail lights. So I decided I would just leave it. I wouldnt change it to a 69 ,but I like them enuf for it to certainly not be a problem.

Nice Brian.... but you as a body guy, tell me something : I've been told once that if you take your time you can paint a car yourself without a spraybooth.
Thing is that i put that into my head with the idea of giving it a try. I might consider white for my own car since it was the factory color and they say that white is a pretty forgiving color for a unexpierienced guy.

Ok I know I would probably need to practice and the chace of dust in the paint will be larger but if you wet sand the car afterwards the results could  very well be more than OK.
I've seen too many cars with an expensive paint job that look like sh*t and I also got ripped off with the last car I had "professionally" painted.

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...
