does somebody sells batt without liquid ?

last 2 times I had to buy a group 27 battery got hard times to find it locally. So I'm thinking on my next battery will need to be found in USA.

Does somebody sells batt to be filled out with the acid and water at home ? to be able to be shipped by air or sea internationally without need to pass safety controls, or be prohibited because dangerous content.

note, is for a driver, not show... I know some batts are sold like somekind of dummie batts not able to be used on a driver car, like the ones with mopar logo.

If it can be found with Mopar Logo EVEN BETTER!

also would like a SQUARED BATT, kinda the stock one, nothing fancy like the rounded optimas I have seen around
