Ok, on the front bumper you have the black rubber chunk held to the chrome part as an assembly and THEN, that two-part assembly bolts via two bolts to the bumper and so forth. My question is, how many studs/bolts hold the black rubber chunk to the chrome part to form that two-part assembly?

As you can see, hard to find a set that were not affected by moisture of some kind. Before I installed mine I treated the rust and used Por 15 to seal them. Also did likewise on the backside and in the hidden sections of the bumpers on the advice of the chrome shop that did my bumpers. A little extra effort now goes a long way in the end.
