need help with ALT swap

hi guys!!  i just got a new single post ALT from Mancini for my 1969 Charger, its got the voltage regulator mounted to it.  which wires do i hook together from the old voltage regulator?

any help is appreciated!!

hi nacho!!  so i just disconned the wires for the old voltage regulator and that it?  just want to make sure

well... IF I'M RIGHT, you got your alt with a reg mounted on and fields ALREADY wired... so, just the big thicker wire, since the mounted reg will make the work of the original firewall alt.

the only diff on this kind of mounted on reg is they are "turned on" when they get a signal variation coming from stator, then senses the voltage with the rest of wiring. The stator signal is the ON trigger for the reg. Original regs gets the ON trigger ( and voltage signal ) with the blue wire from ign switch

hi Nacho!!  the one on the bottom, thats whats on the ALT i got from Mancini.  so i just dosconnect the wires from my old Volt Reg and tape them up?

the one of the bottom is the same than the one of the top, just flipped ;)

ah hell, didn't even notice it!!   i'm going to install it hopefully this weekend.  as far as the wires from the old voltage regulator, just tape up the 2 wires and thats it.
