I'm not a b-5 fan but it looks pretty good on this runner.

Price is fairly "cheap" no ?

The price is about right for a Road Runner.  The rear end bothers me though.  Nothing wrong with what's in there, it's supposed to be a dana 60 if it's an original 6 pack beeper.  I'd still get it if that's what you want. :coolgleamA: It'd be better if it had a title.

This is the part that would worry me:

" This car was bought in Alabama and did not come with a title. Years ago in the Southeast, I think after a car reached 20 years old, you were not required to pass the title along with the sale. All   that was required was a "bill of sale", and that is what happened here. I have tried to obtain a title from the State of Georgia, but they tell me once the title chain is broken, they will not issue a title. I have the original notarized "bill of sale" when I purchased the car, which I will go with the sale of the car. I will fill out a new "bill of sale" for the new owner and I will sign the tag receipt/registration over to the new owner. "

I bought a car out of new york and they didnt issue title on cars that old , I called missouri and they said in missouri with an inspection (IDOD) and the New york registation card they would title it .  SO i would call your DMV first and see how your state handles it .
:Twocents:      Oh and as far as the dana Automatic cars didnt automaticly get the trac pak option you had to order it .  Now 440 or hemi and a 4spd would have automaticly gotten it .
GO SELL CRAZY SOMEWHERE ELSE WE ARE ALL STOCKED UP HERE

Nice car.  For a V code, it's really reasonable in price. :2thumbs:

he has a small crowd it wont sell this time, but maybe in a year if he keeps listing it.  His market is smaller vs say a 2nd gen charger thats very wide.

Oh I think there are as many people looking for the 1st generation of Road Runners as there are for 2nd gen Chargers.  If not, they have to be fairly close.  The Road Runner was an icon musclecar and unlike the Charger, up until 72 the Road Runner ONLY came as a musclecar, no 318 ones, no two barrels (unless you bought thre of them at once).

charger_fan_4ever

Bid to 33k. I guess the roadrunners took a hit too. I remember years ago when they were selling for more than a 2nd gen R/T. Couldn't touch one under 50k+.

If it keeps going this way maybe i'll be able to pick one up some day. Then again I'd still like to one day own a real 69 C500.

ok back to reality  :pity: lol

Robert96

Looks like a pretty nice car for the money. 70 is my favorite Roadrunner year so I'm sold.

Budnicks

68 is my personal Favorite year of RR, but then 69 & then the 70 are right up there too, that 70 RR 440 6bbl car is very nice restored example...

If it had the air grabber (even though it's not coded for it) it prolly would have sold by now.

It has the small radiator 22".
22" & 3:23 gears is what you got unless you upgraded.

That's a good lookin' rig.   :2thumbs:
