Hi, all.  I am new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself.  I've always had a sedan and an SUV to carry all my band equipment.  I'm thinking about trading in my Jetta for a Charger, cause they're just so darn sexy.  I won't be able to afford a brand new one, but one a few years old.  I'll be buying in the next month and will definitely post pics when I am a proud Charger owner.  peace! :coolgleamA:

welcome to the site...

Now, by a "few years old" do you mean like, 5 years old or 40 years old?

Haha. Well, I'd LOVE one that's 40 years old, if I could find one in great condition, but I'll probly stick with something from 2006-present.

Ah. Just a heads up that some people here are real pricks about the new Chargers (not me, I own one) so don't pay any attention to them. Some of us will be glad to help you with any questions you may have. But since this is a site devoted mostly to the classic ones, you may have better luck and find more resources somewhere like LXforums.com or chargerforums.com - I'm a member at both of those sites as well.

That being said, hang around, check out some pics of the older cars, learn about them, and maybe if/when the day comes that you want to get a classic one, you'll be armed with all the info you need.

Yeah, they are. I think for a while they were the fastest car Chrysler sold (well, there was the Viper, but that's in a league of its own). I dunno about the newer ones, but when the Jeep SRT8's came out around 5 years ago, they were running mid 12's, all stock.  :o

Welcome to the support group.  We're not here  to help you fight an addiction, only to embrace it and feed the fire.  It's all fun and games. :nana:  I definitely agree the Jeep SRT is no slouch.  Haven't drove one yet, but I've only seen one. :2thumbs:
