We lost our dog last night

We did not have Princess for all 15 years.  She was originally owned by a lady with Alzheimers.  When the lady died, her daughter offered Princess to us.  The daughter knew her mother had Princess for 6 1/2-7 years when she died in 2004, and we had Princess ever since.  Because the dog had previously been around a lady, she became my wife's "shadow", following her everywhere around the house.  A more loyal dog we couldn't have asked for.

Sorry for your loss. Recently had to put a cat, and dog down. Certainly not an easy void to fill, but she's in a better place.
