Keep getting this message

They are named different. I have tried several times. even re-naming them. I was able to post 4 pictures. I hit reply and try to post 4 more and get the above message.

Somewhere in the site there is a picture named what you are trying to upload.  Maybe you have uploaded it before?  You need to name your attachment or picture something unusual to make it work.
