some nitwit pulls out to cross three lanes of travel in front of the truck but Im not clear on where they thought they were going, I didnt see any break in the median for them to pass through? maybe they were trying to get into the left lane from the shoulder?was it a LEO? I cant tell what the other white cars are that are parked where the cause of accident began?

almost as bad as the vaporizing SUV!
wingless now, but still around.

It appears to me the car that caused the accident was entering the freeway the wrong way from an off ramp.

If you look closely you can see the car hitting the guard rail on the right and bouncing back into traffic, perhaps was going up the ramp and changed his mind at the last (after the last) second.
