the prongs disposition matches... I hope it works.

IF NOT, you still can relocate the terminals cavities to match the relay

HOWEVER... you have this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MOPAR-NEW-HORN-RELAY-HR143-A-B-BODY-DUSTER-DEMON-DART-CHARGER-DODGE-PLYMOUTH-/180970589444?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a22b00d04&vxp=mtr

which is the same than our B bodies, but the bracket. Is an A body correct part. You still can replace the cap for your old one for correct look

HR143 PN will work to find a replacement on your local parts store to A bodies. HR144 is the CORRECT one for B and E bodies though, where the only diff is the bracket or not

there are more on ebay, but on $20 or more rate

search at local parts store for HR144 ( or HR143 ) first... mostly sure will get around same price without shipping

I ordered one from RockAuto for $3.95 fits a '74 charger so no key buzzer.  I came to like $6 after shipping.  It's a closing out clearance so they probably won't be carrying them much longer either.

I most likely will pick one of those up from Advance Auto.  I just got concerned when I saw the other part numbers drying up.  Had to order what I could find.  Thanks for the help.
