trunk floor replacement

Does someone sell just a center section panel for the trunk floor?  I've seen full trunk floors in one and two pieces available, but only seen the center section available with kits that include multiple pieces.  The sides of my trunk are solid, but the center section has a rusted out section along the curvature above the rear axle and where the spare attaches.  I'd like to just cut out the center and weld in a panel in that spot rather than cut out the entire trunk floor which is in good condition still.

I don't think the center is made by itself, but you can get a bead roller or find someone with one, and make your own.

IMHO your best bet would be to order a full one-piece AMD trunkfloor and then cut out what you need from it. 

Just because they sell you the whole panel doesn't mean you have to use it all.  Just do what is best for the car even if that means throwing away more than half the panel you buy.  In the long run it's not that much money.  If you know that's what would really make you happiest with the job, then do it that way.
