Since i cant afford a real one, here are pics of my 1/18 scale Chargers...

Ghoste

Nice collection.  Funny how addicting the downsized ones are huh?  I have too many of them myself.

Dino

I would love one that looks like mine.  I don't think I've ever seen a white with black top charger though.

Nice collection. As mentioned I also have probably (60+) 1/18 scale mopars myself. About 25 or 30 of them are Chargers. It is addicting. My kids usually get some them for me for Father's Day, Birthday's & Christmas presents, so I will keep them forever. Yes, they are cheaper to buy them then the full sized version & much easier to store.

very nice. is that general lee the NEW improved version that just came out ? the new version removed a lot of things the original version had such as marker lights in the fenders, and the insulation pad under the hood etc.

Doc, if you can paint a real car, customizing a die cast is a cakewalk!

I think it's going to be my only option.  I didn't really want to do this as I have enough to do as it is but it sure would look nice on my desk!

They are very nice indeed.
FWIW, I walk by mine in gross mass volume and wish I had stayed focused on parts and (saving/spending for) the real ones.  I confess herein I walked the toy aisle for more than 20 yrs, "quiting" about 3-5yr ago with limited relaps.  My ten cents is stay focused on your real longer term HOBBY desires, which may be the diecast or ...... not.  The die-cast market resale has tanked and IMO will not come back, plan to own them or truly give them away.  They are nice to look at for sure, but hammering on the real thing is way more fun, just saying.   :Twocents: The only ones I still really do like in my rainbow redlines.

Just in case anyone wants to add to their collection..., A few months ago AutoWorld announced they were bringing out a 69 bronze/tan vinyl roof RT/SE 4spd and it is available now. Just ordered one as an early Christmas present for myself. ;D  I am a fan of the bronze with tan roof combo.

That's okay, 95% of most people's real chargers are in boxes as well.   :icon_smile_big:

All of mine are still in the box except for two. I gave two of my Daytona's to my youngest Son to play with since I had duplicates of thise two colors. he eventually gave them back to me & asked me to take care of them for him with the rest of my collection when he was like 5. He is 11 now. I have a 1:24 scale Bullit Charger. I still need to find me one in the 1:18 scale.

Dino, great dioramas you have there, very original. I like the half dukes charger. Ghoste, the DMCL charger is still on hold due to licensing. I have a feeling we won't be seeing this charger anytime soon.
