I have bought from them several times.   No problems.

Also, you might want to look at Summit as well.   They carry a lot of the popular sizes and will send them to you mounted and spin balanced on your rim if you buy the rims from them

I tried Summit, they are out of stock on the tires with no ETA. date. Performance Plus Tire will also mount, balance and ship free.
