As I said in a PM to you Selling your car would not help you ..... you would have felt alone , helpless & depressed not a good way to be when you need to heal . It is not just the $$ yes selling your car would pay the bills but you needed more than that . If 1/2 of the members here donated $1/ month you would have more than you need  + you could start to build a Hemi !! .
I am glad & proud we could help you .
Neil
You guys and gals are an amazing group of friends. I'm proud to call all of you my friends. Hugs, Jackie

You called on an ad that listed an "old dodge", talked to an old lady, and bought a HEMI Daytona with a four speed for a couple grand?
I can't drive a 4 speed anymore. Doctor's orders. Unless I wanna shatter my femur .

Who said anything about driving it?  Sell it and pay off the bills. :2thumbs:
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

I'm still gonna need a car to get my butt back to work, when the doc says I can.  And get semi mobile.  :2thumbs: I'm not in any debt. I don't use credit cards and I don't have any loans out. Just regular bills. Plus I'm a big coupon clipper , I can half our grocery bill. I do it all the time. I have been doing it for years. I'm very thrifty. :2thumbs: Ok, I'm a cheap bitch.

Let's throw this in the bunch,  I was at a car auction yesterday and they sold a Daytona for $2,400. It was not a Dodge.  Who made the car sold? :shruggy: :nana:

You got me. If its an automobile I'll guess a Ferrari basket case (kit car) or a Shelby Daytona Coupe (kit car)...and neither should sell for $2,400 on a good day unless totally destroyed.  :shruggy:

Just a small update. I got to get rid  of my crutches.  :boogie: The bone in my left leg is healed. We just have to see what damage is done to the tendon because of the screws. I have a Doc appointment this week and am MRI. I'm not sure if they will be canceled because of the weather.  :shruggy:
