Where do these two funky body plugs go?

Just wait. I've had to replace mine twice already. 
Perhaps the repro ones are made of a thinner plastic, but mine split on the edge where it sits in the hole. It was fine for about a year, then split again. 

And or a cheaper plastic.  Seems like some of the original ones have to be chiseled out to remove them.

The easiest way to get them out is to soften them up with a heatgun first.

I'll be trying that maneuver to get the 2nd one in.

ok but be gentle with the heatgun or you'll be scraping it up with a spatula.

Well, I got the plug from Steve today (thanks again, man ) I heated it up with my heat gun and popped it into place carefully around the lip instead of in the middle like before. Went right in.
