There is a one owner '67 for sale here in Salem Oregon.

I haven't gone and looked at it yet, just saw it as I drove by, so I checked their web site.  (actually, my wife saw it, I've got her trained pretty good now!  :-)    )

If it goes to the main inventory page, just click "dodge".

If I get a chance to go look at it up close this weekend, I'll let you guys know what condition it's in.

looks to be a good car...no mention of working headlights or gauges....don't see the front center console arm rest either. Not many options on car

If I was looking to buy another, I would go after this one...rare color interior & exterior.

Would like to see pic of fender tag

Nice looking car.If it is in person what it looks like in pictures it is worth the money. I do wonder about the console and seats.

It is a Bendix but I can't tell from the pix if it's mounted up & away from the firewall.

Radiator hose needs to be shortened.

Not too much stock under that hood is there.  Looks like a disc brake mc.

Went down to give it a closer look today.  The place was closed, but a maintenance guy was there whacking off part of a tree, and told me I could go in and take a look.

Only had about ten minutes.  Didn't pop the hood or anything, but the outside appears to be mostly original condition (ie not perfect, but not bad).  The chrome piece on top of the fenders, at the very front, appeared new or polished on both sides.  No antenna, looked broken off.  Inside looked real clean.

I didn't go around tapping it for bondo or anything, so not sure if any body work has been done, but the maitnenance guy stated that it was truly a one owner car that was purchased new in Salem from what is now Withnell Dodge (used to be Teague, I think).

The website refers to the color as "mocha", but I find nothing on a 1967 dodge paint chip sheet that uses that name.  Is that paint an original color?   (perhaps the Mauve poly code 66-1...)  If it's a an authentic color, it could very well be the original paint job, as I was told the owner rarely left it outside.

I may have a couple weeks of, err, time off, coming, and if so, I might run down there and give it a good going over, have them fire it up.  Seems like a pretty decent car so far from what I've seen though.

I know it's not completely original, per the pics under the hood on the web site, but I think it's cool that it's a one owner car that was bought locally back in the day.  I'm not really a 1st gen guy, but kind a wish I had the money.  Gotta tell my car club about this one and see if anyone's interested.     :icon_smile_big:    :popcrn:

it ain't Mauve color....that is "kinda pinkish"......from my monitor here, color could be MM1, Turbine Bronze Poly

I wasn't a 1st gen kind of guy either but it's surprising how they grow on you.

Definitely have the coolest interior for Chargers'.   :2thumbs:

I almost bought a buddy's son's 1st gen. for peanuts years ago.  It was red, imagine that?  ;)  Some flipper bought it & made out with it.
