That texture is them disintergrating after being out in the weather.

How the heck can you make out the texture of the decals from that picture?  That could just as easily be dust that is sticking to the decals because of the moisture.  :shruggy:

That is frozen drizzle and dirty dried maybe even salty water. Frozen drizzle on the quarter under the PLYMOUTH decal. Heck they are all dirty.   :2thumbs:

Those snow pictures are nothin! Go to my B5 Daytona restoration thread page 3 and go down to the third picture. Now that's snow!
I had just removed the rearend and it started snowing and almost covered the entire car! Sorry that I don't know how to move pictures around this site!
