I doubt he's turned down 10k for a nose. Gean Gregory has a nos one for 11k and it hasent sold in over a year.

i need it, but the decimal point would have to slide one place to the left, for me to afford it.

$11,000  !!!!!  The only way I could afford that would be car insurance or life insurance...... Wait, if I had to claim my life insurance, getting the nose would be a mute point...  :icon_smile_big:

Would not be a mute point to the next owner.    figured someone had to have a comment on that.

Did he ever run another batch of cast aluminum Bird wings? I've talked to him twice and never got a call back either time.

Not only is it a repop , if its his repop from the 80's .  I would measure the grille opening and the overall width of the nose side to side.
They are too small by quite a bit .   This car suffers from those issues .
GO SELL CRAZY SOMEWHERE ELSE WE ARE ALL STOCKED UP HERE

On a funny note.... I accidentally found this guys shop in the middle of nowhere today.

I didn't have time to follow up, but he has a 500 or Daytona covered in dust on the showroom floor of his area.

Upon further investigation and playing with photoshop... it is a Daytona.  Or has the scoops, nose and holes in the quarters to be one.

I don't want to disappoint you, but they're talking air filters, not Daytona noses.  If they were selling Daytona snosses, I'd be inquiring.  You might check on the one for 11 g's though

TheAutoArchaeologist

Not much to tell, the guy with the Hemi Charger 500 had a few NOS filters.

You can see one of them here.  He had a box or two of them.
