GO SELL CRAZY SOMEWHERE ELSE WE ARE ALL STOCKED UP HERE

Hemi Runner

I can't see it bringing any more than that considering it needs a full resto and those aren't free. If someone wanted it to leave as-is I can see it fetching top dollar but I don't see that happening.

Ha, I saw that too, wonder if it still works  :D

Console 4 speed and in a less common EK2 it appears... good enough for me  :2thumbs:
Interior looks decent. Are those the correct seats though?

Should have started his opening lower, don't think he's going to get any action starting at $125K.
I could definitely see it going for that at least.  Hemi 4spd Superbirds with matching drivetrains don't grow on trees . :Twocents:

moparstuart

yup hemi , 4speed  , numbers matching  someone will grab this one up and love it   :yesnod: :yesnod:

whats the point of leaving it alone?

Its obviously been through the ringer and then repainted...It wasn't RESTORED! Its not a survivor....it simply survived!!!!!!!!

Im so over the leave it alone mentality! Its not like it rolled out of a climate controlled museum.
wingless now, but still around.

What I mean by leave it alone, is make sure it's mechanically sound, stop any rot from continuing, get all the goodies to function properly and drive it.
Not a full blown resto.

PERSONALLY , i like them in that state , they are aleast a great conversation piece .  I love seeing them driven and out and about just like that .  I cant afford it either way but if i could swing it there is no way i could restore it right away .  I would clean a few things up and drive the hell out of it  :Twocents:

Well, as you said, the Superbird IS the poor mans wing car.     :smilielol:     Actually, most of us with wing cars really ARE poor.      :nana:

Back to the car.  There is chum in the water.   The thought of being able to step up to a "cheap" Hemi Superbird is appealing.   Just about everyone wants to get in on the low end.    Add it all up.   Hemi + stick + good color + buckets + reasonable price = a car that will sell.
