Golf cart donuts at the Nats?

I wasn't there this year but someone told me they saw some guy on a golf cart doing donuts in the mud and throwing up big roostertails of mud and water and crap?  Did anyone else see this display of consideration?

I've seen it at every event where beer and golf carts are both present.

Seriously?  I've seen a lot of stupid things on and around and regarding golf carts at a car show but the mud donuts would have been a new one for me.
