Are all 4 of the marker light (reflector) bases the same on a 69 charger?

yes  they are as ,  far as i know all the same  ,
although when i stripped mine down to do the resto , i labled them where they went  , cause i'm nutts like that  :yesnod:

IIRC the Plymouth ones are further recessed than the Dodge housings.

The Coronet ones are slightly different as well are they not?

Pretty sure the difference is between Plymouth & Dodge housings, not Charger/Coronet.
