No headrests so pre 1/1/69.

Early 69 for sure.  The stripe isn't divided like a 68.

Early build model close out, annoyingly has the fold out ashtray as opposed to the styley slide down model, probably no nuts inserted into the hole behind the headliner for the shoulder belts too...( reignites thread about woodgrain VS tulip shifter )  :D

Thanks I stand corrected. I didn't notice the V21 front paint treatment which was N/A in 68.
