pittman arm and tie rod sleeves and ends

ok i had to pull the centerlink to drop the oil pan. that thing did not wanna budge and i was no where near gentle with it.  im gonna get a new idler arm i think too cuse mines kinda sloppy. should i replace the pittman arm or can i just get a new joint for it?

im also thinking about changing my tie rods sleeves and ends. i read a while ago that theres a c-body upgrade you can do on these. does it make a difference?

You have to replace the whole pitman arm & you need a puller & 1 5/16 socket .
The C body parts bolt in & are heavier , bigger diameter parts & cost about the same either way so I would recommend that .
