Will a 9.25 out of a 76 New Yorker work on a 72 Charger?  I've been looking to upgrade my 8.25 to a 8.75 but this 9.25 came up for sale in my area for cheap.  Are they decent axles?  Is there a lot of drag?

9.25 Rear. Not a bad rear. 4X4 guys seem to like 'em. Upside, i can't tell you how many "Dana 60's" I've looked at that end up being these.

Thanks Coot,

Anyone know if the perches will line up?  I can't find crap for info on these things.

I doubt the perches are the same width apart, but I'm not sure, the length could be different too, but you could get a 9-1/4" in many larger cars back then...
