White Sealant under 500 / daytona rear window ?

 Not my car , this question was posted on forbbodiesonly.com and i figured he would get a better more informed response here . 

There's a bunch of white stuff that appears to be sloppily applied sealant under the rear window on my 69 Charger 500. If it's left over from Creative Industries' workmanship I'll leave it; if it's from some random window shop I want to clean it off. Has anyone else with a 500 or Daytona seen this stuff? Its rock hard now, don't know what it's consistency was in '69.

That would be PCP.

Looks like seam sealer someone had seam sealer on their glove and smeared it off across the pinchweld and rear filler panel!???
