If you need to attach plastic trim to metal, would a two part epoxy be a correct adhesive?

depending what your sticking , if its like soft lower dash trim etc
would use      windshield  glue - pu sealer -sickoflex  ,  stick anything to anything &  stays slightly flexable , once its stuck on with that its never coming off ever

pratice first getting use to using it on test piece cause ,  if you get it where  you dont want  , its a night mare ,  wear gloves too ,

This would be exterior trim and its a hard plastic.  More like a body side molding or roof rack material.

3M yellow or black snot will stick anything to anything and stay pliable. :Twocents:

Ghoste

Is that something I should look for at an autobody supply specialty place or will any autoparts store likely have it too?

Yep 3M Weatherstrip Adhesive. Black matches better and the yellow stuff turns brown after suntanning if you leave any poking out.
