Probably cast. There are other that know more than me.

I assumed cast on the 318 but I found an article on 318 buils that said forged...

I have only heard of cast for 318's and 360's from the factory.

I know that 318's had forged cranks in the 60's, I think they probably went with cast about the same time the 360's came out.

well u guys are on the subject who wants to sell me there 360....

all production 360 cranks are cast
318 can be either , a lot of truck cranks are steel , & no the 318 & 360 crank will not swap
