Today was the 2012 Mopars at the strip, the highlight of the year. Sadly this year, it rained away. The rain stopped at 12.00 and everybody started dry the strip with burnouts and driving back and forth, and at 16.30 when it was time for race it started rain again :brickwall:  But still a great meet with fellow Mopars from all over.
Have to resize allot of pictures so more will come

Some more 1968. That General is one of the Deathproof Chargers i think, sure it was totally banged up but destroy it with doing a general of a 68 Deathproof is just... why??? There was one guy who bought 3 from the Deathproofset and sold them in Sweden, never got a chance to buy one. Never saw the guy at the car to conferm, he was in a Swedish magazine with the car, sure some Swede know about this car(or himself).

Nice pics SG, looks like a popular event, a whole lot of cool muscle.
Good blog too, great to hear about events from the other side of the world and see that you guys are just as keen about it as we are out here in the Southern Hemisphere

How about a few more shots of the Forward Look and Fin cars if you could

Dan, Here's Swedish 101, Thanks to the clever code monkeys at google

Today it was time for the thing in bilfronten, Mopars at the Strip! Rain on the way there, stop just when we board the Orsa then once there was the drying of the orbit in the x-number of hours, the drying process consisted of 90% burnouts which delighted children of all ages. Once the track was ready for the race (5 hours later) it started raining again when we went home. Then you do not have any functional or inspected, it was modern Mopar there .... embarrassing but true.
