Came home from work and my 9 year old says hey dad check out what I built with Lego...

So I look and see a Formula 1 car....obviously a Lego kit so I said "nice car"....he says not the car...I built a dyno

So I look closer and I'll be dipped in Sh**.....he built a chassis dyno with a working motor to turn the wheels. WTH....I have no idea how he knows about a chassis dyno....guess he pays attention when Dad is watching car shows on TV.....who knew  :2thumbs:

He just told me where he got the idea. When I took him to Moparfest a couple of years ago they had a mobile chassis dyno there and we watched a few cars do some pulls. I had completely forgotten about that but he remembered. Not too shabby.

Give it about 7 years and then you can worry when he's dynoing his own car.

Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

That's cool Don.  That would be a great display at Moparfest except with a model of YOUR car on the Dyno!!!  :2thumbs:
