easiest power from the key

im putting in a wideband and i need a keyed power source. i really dont want to cut up my harness much if at all since its brand new. i thought the orange wire with the 3 slots in it for bullet connectors was switched power for the radio but im not getting anything from it.  whats my next easiest option? thanks

there should be a red & yellow tri plug as well , I think red is constant & yellow is switched opposite to most radios
